The final component of the Harvard Kennedy School Public Policy Master's is a consulting project for an external organization. I worked with the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee, a human rights group, to research how they could improve the efficacy of Unitarian Universalist (UU) justice work around the country.

By interviewing 30 UU justice leaders and 20 others from comparable faith-based justice organizations together with a survey I conducted of 300 UUSC members, I was able to make recommendations that have since been adopted by the team.

I was lucky enough to work with Brock Leach and Kathleen McTigue at UUSC and Tim McCarthy as my advisor at the Harvard Kennedy School.
